By accessing, browsing, or enrolling in our nail courses through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our website and enrolling in our courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment in our courses is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit enrollment in any given course.

  • To enrol in a course, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.

 

3. Payment

  • All course fees must be paid with £99 deposit at the time of registration. The rest of the amount has to be paid on the day of the course before we start the course. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website.

  • Course prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect those already enrolled in a course.

 

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Refund requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

5. Course Materials

  • Course materials, including videos, manuals, and other resources, are provided for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without our written consent.

 

6. Conduct and Behavior

  • We expect all participants to maintain a respectful environment during courses. Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided during our courses are the property of Mariola Kozuszek Nails Academy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mariola Kozuszek Nails Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your enrollment or participation in our courses.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website and course enrollment after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
