Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Mariola Kozuszek Nails Academy for your nail course education. We strive to provide a valuable learning experience. To ensure clarity regarding our refund and rescheduling policies, please review the following:

 

1. Refund Eligibility

  • To request a full refund of your course fee, you must notify us at least 14 days before the course’s start date. Refund requests received in this timeframe will be processed within  7-10 business days.

  • No refunds will be issued for requests made within 14 days of the course start date.

 

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to change your course date, you may do so only once as long as you provide notice 7 days before the original course start date. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the course start date will not be accepted.

3. Cancellation by Mariola Kozuszek Nails Academy

  • We reserve the right to cancel a course in case of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another course date.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

Please provide your full name, course details, and the reason for your request to ensure a prompt response.

 

5. Acknowledgment of Policy

  • By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these refund and rescheduling policies.
